Cherry and Red Raspberries make this pie the perfect combination of sweet and tart. Handmade at Mrs. Wickās in Winchester, Indiana. This pie embodies what we all expect from an American classic. These 50+ year old recipes call for simple ingredients. This includes lard like grandma used to. Always simple ingredients and no preservatives.
Back in 1944, Duane "Wickāā Wickersham opened a small cafe inside an Indiana factory to serve lunch to its employees. He relied on many of his grandmotherās recipes, including one for a classic Indiana specialty, Sugar Cream Pie. A full-service restaurant soon followed, within four years he was selling 300 of his pies every day, and Wickās Pies was on its way to becoming one of Indianaās most beloved pie makers. Wickās pies are still made according to those same family recipes, and the Wickersham family still runs the company to this day.

- Each pie measures 9" and weighs approx. 2 lbs.
Ingredients
- Filling ā Tart Cherries, Raspberries, Sugar, Starch, Cinnamon, Salt, Butter, Water
- Crust ā Lard, Water, Flour (Unenriched, Unbleached), Salt, Dextrose And Baking Soda.
Instructions / Storage
- Pies ship frozen with ice packs, may thaw in transit
- Upon arrival store in the freezer until ready to prepare
To Serve
- Preheat oven to 350Ā° F
- Take pie out of Freezer
- Remove plastic wrap
- Remove plastic dome
- Ensure all plastic is removed
- Place in oven for 35 minutes at 350Ā° F
- Let pie cool for 10 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
